Free for a Year, Then a Number Nobody Will Print

When a price is kept off a website in this industry, it generally appears at the order screen or on a phone call. That is the whole of what we can say, and we are leaving the rest empty on purpose.

Why the Blank Still Matters

There is no agent to appoint in Pennsylvania. There is an office to maintain. A Commercial Registered Office Provider is what the law calls a company you pay to be listed where that office would otherwise be described.

Follow that through. Once a provider's name occupies your office line, the line cannot simply go empty. Your company is required to keep an office continuously, so whoever holds it either keeps holding it or gets replaced by a filing. Add the state's new deadline and it gets slightly worse. Pennsylvania's annual report began in 2025, costs $7 for an LLC, and closes September 30, with the first one falling due the calendar year after registration. Enforcement starts with reports not filed in 2027, and the penalty is not a fine but administrative dissolution roughly six months past the deadline. State mail about that filing goes to your office of record. Deciding about an unknown price and tracking a new deadline in the same season is avoidable, and avoiding it costs five dollars.

What Pennsylvania Does to Protect You Here

Five dollars is close to the cheapest correction any state sells. Where exit fees run high, a renewal nobody will quote would be a real trap; here it is a nuisance you can settle in the week the quote finally reaches you. That is a structural fact about Pennsylvania rather than a favour from any vendor, and it is the single most useful thing to know before you sign up with anyone, ourselves included.
