Where Swyft Is Genuinely Good

Formation speed. That is what they built the company around and it is a real specialty, particularly for founders who want the entity to exist by the end of the week. Their pricing is also disclosed rather than buried: the rate and the billing frequency both appear in public, which is more than can be said for some of the field. Nobody here is alleging concealment.

The Word Doing the Work Is "Quarterly"

$149 is the price. Three months is the term.

Four of those is $596 a year, near enough, and no separate first-year discount turned up when we looked. That is the number that belongs in any comparison, and it is close to six times what we charge.

Here is the sharper version. $149 buys you one quarter with Swyft. $99 buys you four quarters with us. Their smallest invoice is bigger than our largest one.

Why anyone gets caught by this is not mysterious. Shoppers compare stickers. A $149 sticker sits comfortably between a $125 sticker and a $199 sticker, so the eye files it in the middle of the market, and the billing frequency, printed honestly, does not survive the scan. Smaller invoices, larger totals.

Pennsylvania's Own Rhythm, For Scale

Your company gets billed by this state once a year. The annual report is $7 for an LLC, filed inside a window that opens January 1 and shuts September 30. That is the whole recurring government cost of keeping the entity alive, and the report itself only started in 2025.

What Pennsylvania requires alongside it is an office kept continuously in state. A CROP, in the statute's shorthand, is a firm that contracts to be named there so no address of yours ever has to be. And if you own a Pennsylvania street address you are content to publish, name that instead and skip the vendor market entirely. It is free and it is compliant, and a page that failed to mention it would not deserve your trust on the arithmetic either.
